1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using MailToDock, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a productivity tool designed to help Gmail users create and manage tasks based on email content.

3. Service Fees and Subscriptions

The Service may offer a Free plan and one or more paid subscription tiers, such as Plus or Pro. Features, usage limits, billing cycles, and prices for each tier are presented within the Service, on the pricing page, or during checkout.

Paid subscriptions are charged in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis unless otherwise stated.

• Payment processing: Payments are processed by an authorized third-party payment processor selected by the Service.
• Billing authorization: By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method for the applicable billing cycle, taxes, and any valid additional fees disclosed at checkout.
• Plan changes: Upgrades or downgrades may take effect immediately or at the next renewal date depending on the policy shown at the time of change.
• Non-payment: If a payment cannot be completed, the Service may suspend paid features or downgrade the account until payment information is updated.

4. Privacy & Data

• Limited Use: Google user data is used only to provide the core functionality of the Service and is not sold or used for advertising.
• Retention: Email bodies are not stored on the server. Only task metadata required for synchronization is stored.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following activities while using the Service:

1. Analyzing or processing emails or sensitive personal information of others without their consent.
2. Attempting to circumvent the security of the Service or reverse engineer its source code.
3. Using the Service for illegal purposes or spamming.

6. Intellectual Property

• All rights to the software, design, and trademarks of the Service belong to the developer.
• Rights to user personal data and task content generated through the Service belong to the user.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". The developer does not warrant the integrity, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation of the Service. Service operation may be temporarily or permanently interrupted due to changes in Gmail’s interface or policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect damages such as data loss, loss of profit, or business interruption arising from the use of the Service.

9. Modification of Terms

These Terms may change. Significant changes will be notified through announcements within the Service or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refunds

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the billing management channel designated by the Service. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not undo the current billing cycle.

• Access through term end: If you cancel after payment, you may continue using the paid features until the end of the current monthly or yearly billing period.
• No prorated refunds: Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by the Service, fees already paid for the current billing period are not refundable, prorated, or partially credited.
• No automatic cancellation by deletion: Deleting your account, uninstalling the extension, or simply stopping use of the Service does not by itself cancel an active paid subscription.
• Refund exceptions: If the Service separately announces a refund window or a mandatory refund right under applicable law, that exception applies only within that stated scope.
